Ramesh Veeranki, CEO

Ramesh Veeranki has over twenty five years experience in technology in the areas of consulting, product development, operations, sales and marketing management. As CEO, Ramesh is responsible for overseeing general management of DSG. He co-founded DSG with Rao Nalla, President and played a key role in its growth in the commercial sector as well as in the Federal sector.

Prior to founding DSG, worked as a Principal Consultant at Oracle Corporation. Prior to joining Oracle, worked for a Systems Integrator in the metro Denver area, and as a Software Engineer with product development at CLSI, Inc., in the Boston area.

Mr. Veeranki received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Systems Engineering from Andhra University, India.

Rao Nalla, President

Rao Nalla has over twenty five years experience in Information Technology industry in the areas of software development, COTS implementations, business development and client management. Mr. Nalla co-founded DSG Systems along with Ramesh Veeranki and worked at several client engagements in the areas of Software Architecture, Database Design, Project Management. He is responsible for DSG’s day to day operations, new business development and client relationship management.

Prior to founding DSG, worked at Oracle Corporation’s commercial consulting practice as a Senior Consultant. Prior to joining Oracle Rao worked for a systems integrator in the Denver metro area .

Mr. Nalla received his Masters in Computer Science from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.

Kurt Hofstra, Director – Client Relations

Kurt Hofstra has over 25 years experience managing federal accounting, financial, IT, records management and administrative services contracts and subcontract operations, and several years experience managing branch office marketing and business operations for a small computer and IT services firm. For the past 10 years he has been involved with Federal contract account management, business marketing and proposal development activities. Well-versed in FAR, SCA, and DOL regulations related to federal contracting and procurement processes, non-disclosure, teaming and subcontract agreements, GSA Schedules, and prime and subcontractor roles.

Kurt received his B.A in History and Environmental Studies from Williams College, Williamstown, MA and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver, Denver, Colorado.

Drew Steever, Director – Business Development

Drew Steever is a senior sales executive with more than 30 years of experience marketing and selling all aspects of Information Technologies solutions and services to the Federal government, State and Local Governments, and private industry.  He has held positions as VP Sales, Division General Manager, Director of Business Development and Sales Manager while working at industry leading companies like Northrop Grumman, Symantec, Federal Data Corporation and CSC.   He is a tenacious but flexible professional that leads by example, has excellent communication skills, and is a decisive and results-oriented individual.

In his position as Director, Business Development, he is responsible for identifying, qualifying and developing new business opportunities and client relationship management.

Holly Dorchinez, Director – Recruiting / HR

Holly Dorchinez has over 8 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, staff management, and client management. She is experienced in staffing employees and contractors in Information Technology, Sales, Administrative, Customer Service, and Executive positions. She has a broad range of industry experience including Broadcast, Media, Telecommunications, Government, HealthCare, Medical Devices, and Aerospace. Ms. Dorchinez has recruited for different government contracts with staff of 2-50 personnel, supported Federal, State, and Local offices including Rocky Flats, Nevada Test Site, City and County of Denver, DOI National Business Center, US Forest Service, State of North Carolina, National Academy Sciences, and EPA. She is experienced with effectively recruiting Security Clearance positions.
